- Refunds: If you purchased the race insurance when you registered, then you can file a claim with them to get up to 100% back in registration fees. You should have gotten a separate email from the insurance company right after you registered. Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. - Expo: The Expo is part of your registration fee, and entry is complimentary. If you choose to pickup a bib at the expo, just show up, you don't have to tell us in advance. You may pick up for yourself or for another athlete, however you must have that athletes confirmation email to present to the volunteers to retrieve that bib. No Email, No Bib, No Exceptions.
